Cuill raises series B funding of $25 million
April 16th, 2008
You may have heard about Cuill (prononced “cool”), a technology start-up pioneering a new approach to search. The company claims it can index web pages way faster and cheaper than Google can.

Cuill was funded by search “killers” such as : Tom Costello, Anna Patterson.
Louis Monnier, founder of Altavista, is the VP of product.
The company had raised a first round of $8 million from Tugboat Ventures and Greylock Partners.
Adding another $25 million will, I hope, help Cuill going live faster unless it gets bought out before by Google
